This course is an introduction to personal safety and the four stages of self-protection: Awareness, Avoidance, Assertion, and Action. Classes include presentation on four levels of self-defense, partner role play, and practice in physical self-defense actions.
Wear comfortable clothes for easy movement. Self-defense practice involves partner work, so bring a friend!
Classes are 3 Tuesday evenings, from 6:30-7:30PM, September 12, 19, and 26th.
$30 per person for all three sessions!
